Solange Ngo Yebga is a PhD in social anthropology, from Aix-Marseille University (France). She is Anthropologist, currently Lecturer, Permanent Researcher and Director of the "Project management and development in Africa" department (MDMPA) in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Management of the Catholic University of Central Africa (UCAC-FSSG).
Dr. Solange Ngo Yebga has been a Researcher since twenty years in development projects in Africa and Cameroon working with national and international research and training institutions like CIFOR, IRD, EU, SNV, PLAN INTERNATIONAL-CAMEROON, AHC, IFORD and UCAC-IRSA. She is a member of learned societies like APAD and contributes, thanks to her long professional experience in the field of the implementation and execution of socio-economic development projects in Cameroon, particularly in the area of health, education, training, setting up and follow-through of basic structures (associations, special-interest group, etc.) and populations located in rural and urban areas in the creation of income-generating activities. She promotes research and development initiatives with colleagues who are researchers within the framework of their personal research activities. Some of her publications (published and/or yet to be published) focus on issues related to health, education, civil society and development, gender and development and standards related to sexual and reproductive health.
The fields of competence and interest of Dr Solange Ngo Yebga relate to: (i) training; (ii) socio-economic investigations; (iii) the drafting, coordination and follow-up of research and development projects; (iv) community awareness-raising and mobilization; (v) social mediation; (vi) organization of colloquiums and scientific events; (vii) follow-through and follow-up of civil society organizations; (viii) group facilitation and capacity building of basic organizations (ix) teaching of pedagogy.

Dr. Eyambe Ekalle Adolphe is holder of a PhD in economics; option Project Management with specialization in Project Evaluation. He is Head of the Training Unit "Projects Analysis and Evaluation” at the Pan-African Institute for Development Central Africa Region (IPD-AC), Douala, Cameroon.
He is the Sub-regional Coordinator of the vocational training Programme of young disadvantage people in electricity conforms to the standards practice of the profession and on entrepreneurship.
He is Member of the Scientific Committee of the International Conference on "Local and Regional Projects" of the department of Strategic and Regional Research of the University of Economics in KATOWICE, POLAND.

Dieudonné Bondoma Yokono is an economist, holder of a doctorate in economic policy and analysis, Senior Lecturer at the University of Yaounde II. He started his administrative career in January 1997 at the Forecasts Directorate of the former Ministry of the Economy and Finance where he was, by turns, Head of the Monitoring Unit of Real Economy and Head of the monetary analysis and External Sector Unit. Later on, between 2003 and 2009, under the Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development, he has coordinated the Capacity Building Project in economic and financial management in Cameroon funded by the Capacity Building Foundation for Africa.
He is the first Director General of the Economy and Public Investments Planning in Cameroon (MINEPAT), a function he occupied between January 2009 and March 2016 and has been Director of several enterprises of the State portfolio notably at Mont-Febe Hotel in Yaounde, Mansa Hotel in Bertoua, Company for the Development of Stock Production, National Statistics Institute, Credit Foncier du Cameroon, etc.
He is the author of several articles and co-author of a book on the exchange rate management and adjustment policy in African countries which are members of the franc zone, published in the Economica editions in 1998. He has equally been vocationally trained in the following schools: (i) International Monetary Fund Institute in the field of financial policy and planning; (ii) International Labor Organization International Training Center in the area of work economics for development and (iii) SETYM International, in the funding of public-private partnerships projects.
He is currently serving as Chairman of the Support Council for the Realization of Partnership Contracts (CARPA) with the main task of assessing the feasibility of public projects in the Partnership Contract Scheme.
